About the Principal
 John
Picard is senior principal at Picard
& Company. With more than 25 years in
the industry, John has been an agent of
marketing change at some of the most prestigious
banking, investment and technology firms
in the United States. He has held executive
positions with a range of companies, including
Sanford C. Bernstein, Cowen & Company,
and Summit Bank. Most recently, John was
named Entrepreneur
of the Year by the Morris County
Chamber of Commerce. This prestigious award
is given to the area's small business leaders.
John has also been a senior partner at
an integrated marketing agency focused on
financial, professional and business-to-business
companies.
He has guided firms in achieving a higher
return on their marketing investment by
driving new sources of revenue and extending
the reach and effectiveness of existing
business development.
